The new binaural Headset for ATC
The new AirTalk 5000 XD is an extremely lightweight, binaural headset for the ATC sector, which is characterized by its very low weight and high stability.
The rotating suspension ensures a perfect fit even while strong and abrupt head movements. The very robust steel wires of the headset connection cable ensure reliable communication and a long lifetime. To guarantee a high wearing comfort, the headset has a single-sided cable routing.
With the newly designed, flexible headband the headset adapts to any size and head shape. Removable spacer distance clips additionally ensure a perfect fit as well as a comfortable pressure compensation. Combined with ear cushions made of the powerful CoolMax® fabric, the new headset provides optimum comfort throughout the entire shift.
As usual, different microphone types are available for the AirTalk 5000 – for example, short or long gooseneck microphones, in various designs (e.g. electret or dynamic version). The microphone can be used on both sides and is equipped with state-of-the-art noise cancellation for clear audio transmission.
As with all Imtradex headsets, you can freely choose the PTT buttons as well as the connections for any VCS.
