    Disposal of electrical and electronic equipment
    The symbol of the "crossed-out garbage can" means that you are legally obliged to collect these devices separately from unsorted municipal waste. Disposal with household waste, such as the residual waste bin or the yellow bin, is prohibited. Avoid wasted throws by disposing of them correctly at special collection and return points.

    If the products contain batteries and accumulators that can be removed from the old device without destroying them, these must be removed before disposal and disposed of separately as batteries. The following batteries or accumulators can be contained in electrical devices from Imtradex Hör-/ und Sprechersysteme GmbH:

    Return
    In order to ensure proper disposal of old devices, owners of old devices can hand them in free of charge within the framework of the options set up and available by public waste management authorities for returning or collecting old devices.
    Imtradex Hör-/und Sprechersysteme GmbH also offers the option of free disposal of the products you manufacture and sell. The shipping costs are to be borne by the sender.

    We are registered as a manufacturer of electrical and/or electronic devices with the Stiftung elektro-Altgeräte Register, Nordostpark 72, 90411 Nuremberg under registration number DE93098342.
     
    Data protection
    We would like to point out to all end users of waste electrical and electronic equipment that you are responsible for deleting personal data on the waste equipment to be disposed of.

  • Warranty Information

    Warranty Information

    For all Imtradex products, we provide a warranty for 12 months from the date of purchase (invoice date) according to the legal regulations.

    A warranty is only valid for defects that occur due to material and manufacturing defects, not due to natural wear and tear (exposure).

    In the event of justified complaints during the warranty period, the parts in question will be repaired or replaced free of charge, whereby we are entitled to deliver a successor model in line with technical progress. Further claims, in particular for damages of any kind, are excluded.

    The warranty period is not extended by a warranty performance, also not for replaced or repaired parts. In the case of improper treatment and independent intervention on the purchased item, the warranty claim expires. Likewise for damage caused by incorrect connection or non-intended use.

    The warranty doesn’t cover transport damage, as these should be claimed immediately. The provisions of the German Product Liability Act and comparable foreign regulations remain insofar indispensable, unaffected. We reserve the right to make technical changes that serve progress.

    Repair service

    You receive a fast and competent service, as well as a detailed, comprehensive advice and information on the repair of defect headsets.

    You will receive a non-binding quote, in order to get an overview of the upcoming repair costs.

    Our service ranges from warranty repairs, technical information, to repair training and the transmission of circuit documents. We are always happy to advise you on the connection of our products or the conversion from analog to digital headsets. Likewise, we are happy to help you, if you want to carry out the repairs on your own.

    Our telephone support is available for your requests at any time within our opening hours.
